We serve the very best of what nature has to offer. Our focus on quality and flavour forms the basis for the cuisine you will find at Burleigh. The menus are based above all on regional and sustainably sourced products, subtly prepared according to our own tasty and seasonal recipes.
The kitchen is run by head chef Adrian Jarrad and his deputy John Hopkins who strive to achieve the highest level of culinary excellence with their delicious fusion of Mediterranean and French flavours. Adrian has been at Burleigh Court since 2006 and has an excellent “pedigree” behind the stove having worked in a wealth of highly rated hotels and restaurants. John recently became a finalist in the ‘game chef of the year’ competition – a huge achievement.
