Each 45-minute session is carefully tailored to your individual needs. You’ll be guided through a sequence of practices including focused breathwork, therapeutic heat exposure in the sauna, invigorating cold-water immersion, gentle stretching, and guided relaxation. Along the way, you’ll receive valuable insights into how each element of the Nordic Flow can be adapted to support your personal health and wellness goals.
