The Burleigh at Burleigh Court offers a reimagined Cotswolds cuisine that blends sustainability with authenticity, is honest, deeply satisfying and good value for money. We serve a locally sourced, two-rosette menu in our atmospheric, grade II listed restaurant drawing on the best produce the season has to offer. The food is fine, the oak panelled setting relaxed and unpretentious with stunning panoramic Cotswolds views.

The atmosphere in the historic oak panelled restaurant is relaxed and unpretentious with ambiance lighting to create a warm, intimate atmosphere. The setting is perfect for a romantic date night with many couples making The Burleigh their regular or groups of friends getting together for a quality time together. There are no formalities; just make yourselves at home.

Locally sourced menus full of quality & flavour
As a local Cotswolds restaurant, we embrace the ‘farm to fork’ and ‘garden to table’ concept with a daily harvest of fresh ingredients from our kitchen garden. Our menus offer a deeply satisfying dining experience – a personal and creative interpretation of modern British cuisine using the finest quality produce of local land and the sea. A delectable tasting menu is available every Friday and Saturday night which changes weekly.  Our meats come from Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Farms. Lamb is from small farm producers in Monmouth and the Slad Valley. The Cotswolds larder is full of artisan products and produce and sourcing locally is a joy. 

Ethical meats. Whilst the menu offers something for everyone, we pride ourselves in making the best ethical meat dishes in the area sourced from small, well-run Gloucestershire and Wiltshire family farms who rear in the most ethical and sustainable way. To make sure we purchase well-reared meat, we usually talk to a farmers and butchers direct making sure we’ll get the best meat available to us. Meat dishes are all sourced from free-range, forage-fed, local, rare and native breeds.

Sustainability
We’re dedicated to reducing food waste through strategies like comprehensive ingredient utilisation, precise portioning, and offering leftover take-home options. Our effective composting and recycling programs divert organic waste and recyclables from landfills, encouraging a circular economy. We also prioritize sustainability in our packaging, favouring reusable, biodegradable, or compostable options to cut down on single-use plastics and waste. Our initiatives align with the global drive to lessen environmental impact and promote sustainability
