The carefully curated wine list for the Burleigh perfectly complements our seasonal menus.
Our passion for wine is also reflected in the diversity of the carefully created list, featuring more than 50 sensibly priced wines, many of which are available by the glass.
Where possible the Burleigh Court Cotswold Hotel & Restaurant is a sustainable & locally sourced business and our wine list is composed on these principles. We source only from the “old world” vineyards minimising the carbon footprint related to transporting wines. From these individually selected wines by us, we hope you’ll find the familiar alongside some interesting, smaller vineyards with more eclectic wines. As a result, many of the wines are organic or biodynamic. Do consider trying some fantastic local English wineries, some as close as half a mile away like Woodchester Valley Vineyard.
We run tasting menus every weekend and offer wine flights with all courses, which perfects this unique culinary experience.

Woodchester Valley Vineyards offer informative wine tours across their vineyards including a peek into the process of wine making behind the scenes followed by a tasting session. If you like to book a local wine tour during your stay with us please let reception know.
Wine tasting
Burleigh Court hosts regular seasonal wine and food tasting events. Please see our events calendar for future dates. Previous wine tastings were held by Stroud Wine Company, Liberty’s, Vintage Roots and Vinotopia.

We do not just serve good wine but have a wide selection of local and artisan drinks available from the bar including locally crafted beers and spirits.
Burleigh Court Restaurant caters for a whole host of private functions, ranging from birthday parties and anniversary celebrations to intimate private dinners in our terrace room. We tailor our package to suit your requirements, for a bespoke event call us today.
The terraces are a place to relax and enjoy the views with a pre-dinner drink or a light meal from our scrumptious grazing menu. Be delighted by the variety of beverages from our historic bar, simply pull up a stool and catch up with friends.
Burleigh Court caters for a whole range of events from private dining, to corporate meetings, and weddings for up to 60 people.
