There’s something rather special about Burleigh Court during the festive season. Fires crackle, candles glow and our historic Cotswold manor house settles into its cosiest season – a beautiful setting for festive lunches, family gatherings and Christmas parties near Stroud.In The Burleigh restaurant, our festive menus celebrate the season with locally sourced ingredients and beautifully prepared winter dishes, served with the warm, relaxed hospitality we’re known for.Come for a festive lunch, linger over afternoon tea, gather for dinner or make a few days of it with a Christmas stay in the Cotswolds. Good food, roaring fires and plenty of festive cheer await.\Burleigh Court hotel is closed from 23–26 December, with one very special exception: The Burleigh restaurant opens on Christmas Day for our Christmas Day Lunch. Advance booking is essential.

New Year's Getaway 2026
Celebrate the start of the New Year with two nights of good food, Champagne and country-house comfort at Burleigh Court.
Arrive on the first day to a glass of bubbly before settling into your room, then enjoy dinner that evening with a £50 per person allowance towards your meal. Breakfast is included on both mornings, giving you plenty of time to ease into the day. On New Year’s Eve, the celebrations begin with a Champagne reception and canapés, followed by a five-course gala dinner served at convivial long or captain’s tables. Afterwards, enjoy entertainment and late-night nibbles before heading outside for fireworks and Champagne at midnight as we welcome in the New Year together.
