Wonderful hotel. The room was stunning with views across the valley. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Cocktails simply divine and it was such a pleasure to sit in the lounge in front of the fire playing board games whilst drinking one. We loved our stay and will return.

Exceptionally warm, friendly welcome from the staff, manor house provides lots of olde worlde charm, outstanding dinner and breakfast, stunning view.
Had a lovely stay at this hotel for a week with my family. The room and grounds were beautiful and staff were extremely attentive. The woman serving at breakfast each morning was especially nice. I’d highly recommend and gladly return.

Lovely medium /large boutique hotel situated on beautiful grounds with great views. Decor is excellent, staff genuinely superb, food wonderful. Best dirty gin martini I’ve had for a while. “Splendid” room was lovely but smaller than I’d expected - the only “negative” in an otherwise great stay. Definitely recommend.
We loved our stay!
Everything was perfect. The room is beautiful and quaint, the service was great and the food was so good each morning for breakfast and dinner! We also took the walk they suggested and it was fun to be in the countryside.
