  At Burleigh Court, we started to source our pork ethical and sustainable from Claycombe Farm just on the other side of Burleigh. Farmer Jane breeds happy Gloucestershire Old Spots without supplementing hormones or antibiotics. Pigs wean themselves off from their mothers without artificial intervention and build muscle naturally by running around in a large field.  #buylocal #localfood #sustainable #farmtoplate

Live Jazz Series

Our live music series JAZZ ON THE HILL will continue throughout the autumn. The next event will be on Saturday 19 October. We’ll again be featuring modern Jazz trio Utrillo to ease us into the weekend. Plenty of artisan Gins and tonics to choose from as well as organic lager and biodynamic wines. Tewkesbury Medieval Festival 2020

In 1984, a group of local eccentrics announced they were going to re-enact the Battle of Tewkesbury. It has grown to become the largest event of its kind in Europe. Many live in full Medieval style for the weekend and welcome visitors to the living history camps around the battlefield, King Edward’s camp on Windmill Hill, and Queen Margaret’s camp in Bloody Meadow. The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust Enterprises (RAFCTE) is best known for staging the world's largest military airshow - The Royal International Air Tattoo - each year at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire, near Burleigh Court Hotel.
